ok so i know we all have been through an experience when there's a GREAT idea for your next nail design and it all looks good until the VERY LAST STEP! Today i'm sharing with you my MESS UP of the day! Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! >:/

i love this color..have no clue what it's called or where i bought it...sorry :((been such a long time) but i thought it would look pretty if i stamped a design from Konad plate #M60 on top of this pretty hot pink color! Well, i went for it and first it came out slanted a bit..i figured "ok, it still has potential.." then i stamped a heart from Plate #M59...WHY OH WHY did i decide to cut my daughter's fingernails WHILE mine were drying???? well i messed up big time..next time i'll hold my horses and wait an hour before i do anything else! Lesson learned...maybe...smh lol

Alas, though it looks a bit messed up i still wanted to share my mistake..and OH YEAH i'm going to fix those two today.

AAAHH! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GUESS PURSES! very pretty, simple and not too flashy..♥ Bought it with the Macy's gift card my previous boss gave me...eeeeeYAAAYYYIAH! On sale for about $23! I LOVE IT! (so does my bf, he says it can either go with my GATOR's top or a throwback BUCS top...siiiigh...lol) ;)

MISSION: Nail Polish Storage..

Soooo, are your nail polishes taking over your space?? is your cat using your polish bottles for it's own entertainment?? (well Thank God mine hasn't gotten to that point...but it's bound to happen!) lol Mission for today: NAIL POLISH STORAGE! ANY IDEAS?!? I'm currently on PINTEREST and Google searching for DIYs on storage for polish...I'm looking for an easier way to store AND see/locate them when i need them. I saw one of those plastic nail polish storage pockets.. kinda like the idea..but how many polishes will each pockey have room for? i'd like to sort them by like colors ;) let's see if i find something else! I currently have my polish in a see-through makeup purse..PROBLEM is that if i change my mind about a color i already have out..then i have to go in that bag and fish for another color...CATASTROPHIC MESS! ::Kari now wants to throw this purse in a grinder::

For this design I did the sponge effect on ring and thumb fingers.(I very rarely like my nails too busy,so I usually go all out on those 4 nails only..just my preference :) then Konad's plate #60 in gold ;)

On Sally Hansen's Gem Crush Be-Jeweled..i LOVE glitter, not to mention the awesomest color EVER...purple <3 ;P

I first used a natural colored shimmery base..then added Be-Jeweled diagonally..looks so pretty!

Grab your red polish and create half of a circle on desired spot of nail..the rest of the face can easily be done with a dotting tool :) Have Fun!

Midnight Lights

Since I loooove EVERYTHING that glitters..this is another favorite :) apply your clear coat to protect your nails from yellowing..then get your darkest base and top it off with glitter..awesomeness!

I LOVE mother/daughter nails time &hearts; My awesome boyfriend surprised me with the Salon Nail Effects Strips. Instead of discarding the left over strip after my application, I call my daughter Mia in and give her nails a lil' makeover :)
